Is There an Adjustment Period With a Puffy Mattress?
We recommend giving your body at least 14 nights to adjust to Puffy's superior support and comfort, but a full 30 nights allows you to experience the full benefits. If you're still not convinced, return your mattress for a full refund as part of our 101-night sleep trial.
Does the 101-Night Sleep Trial Apply to Bed Frames, Furniture, and Accessories?
The 101-night sleep trial extends to every single product in the Puffy collection. If it's not your ideal comfort match, return your bed frame, furniture, or bedding accessory for a refund. See our return policy terms below for details on refunds and fees.
Puffy Return Policy Terms
- *You must try your Puffy mattress for a minimum of 14 nights before we can process a refund.
- The Puffy mattress return policy is limited to a lifetime maximum of two returns per household.
- Returns must be exercised directly with Puffy no later than the 101st day following delivery.
- Returning free accessories included with mattress purchases is not required.
- Puffy's 101-night sleep trial and return policy apply only to original purchasers of genuine Puffy products purchased directly from the website at puffy.ca.
Return process:
- For mattresses and bed frames (excluding Midnight Foundation), we can only accept returns of unopened items to our facility. For opened items, Puffy can arrange home pickup for charity donations. You can also choose to organize the donation of these products yourself. Contact support@puffy.ca to start a return.
- For Midnight Foundation and bedding accessories, we can only accept returns of unopened items to our facility. For opened items, you need to organize a donation or home pickup. We can guide you in arranging the donation to a charity of your choice. Contact support@puffy.ca to start a return.
- For Selene Swivel Chair (opened or unopened), simply return the item to us in its original shipping carton. A $99 restocking fee applies. Contact support@puffy.ca to start a return.
- If you donate items yourself, you will only need a donation receipt to receive a full refund.
