365-Night Sleep Trial Terms: You must try your Puffy mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before requesting a return. Limited to a lifetime maximum of two returns per household. Returns must be exercised directly with Puffy no later than the 365th day following delivery. Applies only to original purchasers of genuine Puffy products purchased directly from puffy.ca. Applicable to purchases made on or after February 23, 2026. Customers who purchased before this date retain their original trial terms of a 101-night trial and must test the product for at least 14 nights before requesting a refund. Zero return fees applies to mattress sleep trial returns. Individual product return terms may vary by category. Contact support@puffy.ca for details.
